Prevent users from removing NIC or SCSI controller within VMware hardware v7

After upgrading VDI virtual machines to VMware Hardware version 7, users had the ability to eject a VM’s NIC and SCSI controllers using Window’s “Safely Remove Hardware” icon in the system tray. This would either crash the VM or prevent any remote connection to the VM. The fix was to add: devices.hotplug = “false” to the Virtual Machine’s configuration parameters.
